Body Fullness

The only thing we actually have is our body. Body that in the great majority of time is neglected and submitted to the biggest absurdities, by excess or defect.

One of the main goals of Body Fullness is for each of the participants to find, to know and to work their body, in a format very close to an active meditation, using for this, the movement and Its Dance, having as vehicle, the body.

Each one will know your body and learn to develop your physical potential, in a path of the fullness of the moment.

Body Fullness classes mix in q.b. doses various dance techniques, practices and theories of Chi-Qung, Tai-Chi and Yoga, improvisation and still elements of flexibility and strength common to all body work techniques.
